Savantor Spies

Miss Rawlins

Elizabeth Rawlins has a place in Regency England: scullery maid. It’s not the best place, but the meager amount she earns is still a contribution to her family. However, when her mother dies, Elizabeth and her three siblings are sent to live with their uncle — a reclusive gentleman that they, and the rest of England, know little about. Uncle Jared Fletcher, despite his stiff kindness,  has many secrets after living alone for so long. Elizabeth wasn’t exactly trying to figure them all out…but when she does, she’ll find herself stepping into a new role: gentleman’s ward. Though it doesn’t seem as if it’s the only role Uncle Jared — and God — are preparing her for. As tumultuous as it is, she still can’t help being curious about all of the secrets, Scriptures, society…and spies.

Miss Victoria

Miss Victoria Fletcher understands that on the surface she must at least attempt to be a proper young miss in 1820 England, even if she is truly a spy. Well, spy-in-training. All she wants is to be like her two older siblings and get her own assignment. But when she finally does, she’s sent to a school where she knows everything is not as it seems…yet she can’t find what’s wrong with it. Poking and prying, sneaking and spying, Victoria does everything she can to discover the dark secrets hidden within a happy school for girls. But in the process, she may learn more than she bargained for, not only uncovering secrets, but understanding her true wants and desires for satisfaction, peace…and friendship.

Lady Georgiana

Lady Georgiana Etheridge lives a chaotic life, what with being the daughter and granddaughter of spies, as well as having half a dozen younger siblings. Her one solace is her music. The way the notes and chords blend together with swirling harmonies to support the dancing melody is her voice, a gift from God. Unfortunately, even music can’t offer comfort when the unthinkable happens: Georgiana’s father is arrested for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Georgiana wants nothing more than to help prove his innocence, but that means disguising herself as a servant to find an unknown woman who will have more information…alone. Well, not completely alone — her spirited cousin will be there to help every step of the way. Georgiana is ready to do her part, but she has no idea what the life of a servant will bring.

Miss Fletcher

Lillianne Fletcher already knows how to disguise herself. She’d actually rather enjoyed becoming a servant with her cousin a year past, and now she needs another spying assignment…especially after failing to catch a thief in her own home. Lillianne wants redemption. Fortunately, her superior, Lord Greenswright, had already planned to send her to stop a whole thieving operation, but there’s a catch: Lillianne is going disguised as the viscountess that leads this group of thieves. Similar to her last assignment and yet not, Lillianne charges in headfirst with no idea of what she’s doing, resolved not to give away her true identity, as hard as it is. She’s never exactly been the aristocratic type. To go from gentleman’s daughter to servant was fine — it was active, and it was fun. But to become a noblewoman? That’s a role Lillianne has never been taught to play.

Anastasia and Genevieve

It’s 1853, and Anastasia and Genevieve, the Fletcher twins, know that their father and his whole family are hiding a secret. Anya watches them as carefully as Geni tries to listen, but their relatives are secretive, and good at it. All they manage to learn is that a family friend, the Earl of Greenswright, is ill while many of their other family members are receiving blackmail letters. The twins can’t figure out what any of it means before their father sends them away to stay with their late mother’s sisters — two aunts that the twins don’t know well at all. However, visiting their mother’s side of the family may just have all the information they want. Suddenly, the twins find themselves carrying secrets of their own. It doesn’t take them long to realize that all of the secrecy weighs heavily on their souls, but if they don’t play their cards just right, there may be no more secrets left to keep.
